Fix two gates that were copied from baseline but never adapted #2

The first check run against the real inventory exposed both of these. Neither is about the role or the playbook — both are the tooling around them, copied from ansible_playbook_baseline and never adapted.

mise run ping pinged the wrong group

run = 'ansible baseline -m ansible.builtin.ping'

So it reported on kaylee, zorii and lysithea — hosts this repository does not manage — and said nothing whatsoever about bix, inara or mara. Its own description already claimed "every flatcar host", so the text and the command disagreed from the start.

The group name now appears in two places, flatcar.yml and this task, and they have to agree; there is a comment on the line saying so.

mise run smoke had no playbook to run

The task text was copied verbatim, including the ⚠️ explaining that this gate exists because every other gate missed a broken ansible.cfg — but tests/smoke.yml itself was never copied. It failed with:

[ERROR]: the playbook: tests/smoke.yml could not be found

and took mise run lint down with it. So the one gate that catches a runtime ansible.cfg fault has been failing open since this repository was created. Restored from baseline, with the role name in its comment corrected.

yamllint . clean
ansible-lint Passed: 0 failure(s), 0 warning(s), profile 'production'
mise run smoke ok=1 failed=0
mise run validate playbook: flatcar.yml

mise run check still cannot run: river's SSH key is not authorised on bix, inara or mara, under either mgbruin or core. That is separate from this PR and tracked on DWA-65.

The first real run against the inventory exposed both.

`mise run ping` read `ansible baseline`, so it reported on kaylee, zorii
and lysithea -- hosts this repository does not manage -- and said nothing
about bix, inara or mara. Its own description already claimed "every
flatcar host".

`mise run smoke` referenced tests/smoke.yml, which was never copied
across. The task ran, failed to find the playbook and took `lint` down
with it, so the gate that exists specifically to catch a broken
ansible.cfg has been failing open since this repository was created.
